Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your original invoice copy with you. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
🔍 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be kept in its original packaging.
⚠️ Exempt Goods
For health and hygiene regulations, certain medical supplies such as Medical Compression Garments are strictly exempt from being returned or exchanged once opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our manufacturing error will not be accepted for return.
💳 Refunds Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 14 working days.
